Don't forget!!! Our ALL-INCLUSIVE package rates cover all three meals, sports, family and adult activities, the children’s programs (except one-on-one Parents’ Helpers), lodging, personal bikes for each of you, cribs and all the etceteras found under “Your One No Fuss Rate” on the Brochure & Rates Download. The 10% service charge (tipping is not permitted) and VT taxes are extra. Adult rates range from $105-227 per day, and Children from $63-$113.

A family of four (2 adults, 10-year-old and 4-year-old) — June 2 to June 9

Example 1

	$134 per adult per night in the Ferncroft suite (x2 adults)
+	$97 each for the children per night (x2 children)
	$3,234 per week (7 nights). This includes all three meals, sports, family and adult activities, the children’s programs, lodging, personal bikes for each of you, and all the etceteras.

Example 2

	$182 for each adult per night Cedar Meadow Cottage (x2 adults)
+	$97 each for the children per night (x2 children)
	$3,906 per week (7 nights). This includes all three meals, sports, family and adult activities, the children’s programs, lodging, personal bikes for each of you, and all the etceteras.

Example 1

	$146 per adult per night in the Ferncroft suite (x2 adults)
+	$97 for the 6 year old
+	$80 for the 15-month-old
	$3,283 per week (7 nights). The younger child would have an Evening Parents’ Helper paid for at an hourly rate by the parents. This includes all three meals, sports, family and adult activities, the children’s programs, lodging, personal bikes for each of you, and all the etceteras.

Example 2

	$182 for each adult per night Cedar Meadow Cottage (x2 adults)
+	$97 for the 6 year old
+	$80 for the 15-month-old
	$3,787 per week (7 nights). This includes all three meals, sports, family and adult activities, the children’s programs, lodging, personal bikes for each of you, and all the etceteras.
