Three meals a day, 9 separate children's programs, sports and activities, housekeeping, and use of our extensive resort facilities are included in your all-inclusive rate.

Your Group can spread out in separate cottages or cozy up in your own multi-suite guesthouse. With children and grandchildren happily occupied all morning, adults have time and space to pursue their individual interests: kayaking, pottery workshops, nature hikes, art classes, mountain bike tours, or lounging by the heated pool with a good book - the choice is yours and the possibilities are endless! And grandparents will discover the joy of relaxed conversation with their own children over candlelight dinners while the grandkids are off with cousins and friends for evening group.

Whether it's a family reunion or a gathering of old friends, our All-inclusive Special Rates include everything with very few exceptions such as spa services, alcohol and gas-guzzling motor sports. There's a 10% service charge in lieu of tipping.

All other adults are at the generally lower "additional adult" rate. As you will see when you download the brochure and all-inclusive rates, our all-inclusive rates vary greatly depending on your dates and accommodations and range from $105 to $368 per each adult per day for the first two adults with rates for all other adults sharing the accommodation ranging from $96 to $189 per day. Children's and teens' rates range from $83 to $123 each per day. ($32 to $83 for infants and toddlers) per day.
