Each of Our 67 Accommodations is Designed for Family Vacations.Choose your own cottage or family suite and leave all the meals, housekeeping, and entertainment to us. Unlike most family resorts, virtually all our accommodations are family friendly by design with separate parents' bedrooms and 1-4 bedrooms for children or extended family reunions. Tucked along the lakeshore, meadows and woods, the cottages, guesthouses and county Inn offer cozy, simple comfort in the New England tradition. We have no condos, timeshares, or in-accommodation TVS. We do have WIFI at the Inn and excellent cell phone reception.

Ferncroft, Elmwood and Carriage House - Built in the early 1890's, Ferncroft has six 2-3 room suites; Carriage House has four 2-3 room suites; and nearby Elmwood has two 2-room suites with fireplace. All have a combination parents' a/c bedroom/living room or reading area with a queen or king bed, a children's bedroom with twin or bunk beds, kitchenette and full bath. All are within a 10 minute walk to the Inn or Waterfront. (2-5 guests).

The Inn accommodations are in a separate wing of our modern country inn; each has a screened porch, parents' a/c bedroom with king bed and small reading area; children's bedroom/sleeping area with twin or bunk beds; refrigerator; full bath. (2-6 guests).

Cedar Meadow and Lakeview Cottage - Two to three small bedroom cottages all within a 5 to 7-minute walk to the Inn. Each has a screened porch or open deck; living room with fireplace (no fireplace in Cedar & Davies); parents' a/c bedroom with queen bed; children's bedroom(s) with twin or bunk beds; kitchenette and full bath. (Cedar has 1 1/2 baths.) (2-5 guests).
