I challenge you to find a better family vacation spot anywhere for almost any price. All adults and kids of all ages will be happy here." And he was asking to come back next year. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. My husband and I were able to relax, try new and old activities and enjoy amazing afternoons with our kids. The food choices were amazing and healthy. Thank you for an awesome week." I loved all the fun activities that you had for adults that really are not readily available at home - climbing wall, canoe trip, etc., etc. Little things like the big zip line made the place seem fun. Game Night was a lot of fun. The nature of your activities made it really easy to become friends with lots of people. Your children's program is fantastic. I felt very comfortable learning the children with your staff and they had a wonderful time everyday. They really loved the Pirates." Once I stopped over-programming (and I loved all of the scheduled events!), I was able to meander, try tubing (I loved it) and swim in a lake for the first time. I don't think we dared to hope that it would be such a wonderful experience for the whole family. On the first night my husband and I felt slightly stunned as our children happily left us for dinner and playtime (our 2-year old barely looked back) leaving us to an adults-only dinner hour. We have now gone canoeing, tubing, kayaking - just to name a few - and our 2-year old had the time of her life while our infant was happy and well-cared for! Thanks!" Dave and Megan of adult events were so nice to be with and they do a great job. Dave at the night desk went out of his way to help me. One night at 1:00 a.m. I was having leg cramps from low potassium and I needed a banana. I walked to the Front Desk and Dave went down to the kitchen and searched until he found one. Our kids got a vacation and so did we! The activities are planned well and during convenient times. We didn't have to choose between family activities and kids' camp because they didn't interfere. Tyler Place far surpassed our expectations of what a family vacation could entail with two small children! Thank you for going out of your way to ask how our son was doing when he was sick, too…so many caring people. Your summer staff is amazing. I know we'll be hearing about our son's counselors the 7-hour drive home…and for months to come. They made quite an impression!"
