ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
ACCOMODATIONS FOR STAFF: The Tyler Place offers housing to employees who have completed at least 2 years of college and who are from out-of-state (or who do not live within commuting distance). Since housing is limited, we prefer that local college-aged employees live at home. Please check the following:
* Do you require staff housing? Yes No. Can you live at home? Yes No.
If you live nearby would you prefer housing at The Tyler Place, if possible? Yes No.
ADDITIONAL INCOME FROM BABYSITTING: Because we are a family resort, it is helpful to us to be able to call on our college staff during their time off to fill in for babysitting at a minimum of $7.50/hour (you are paid by the family). Please check the following: I'm interested in babysitting, Yes No.
BONUS: A bonus will be paid, if warranted, after the end of the season. The bonus is based on completion of contract dates, job evaluations, condition of housing (if applicable), attitude, helpfulness and adherence to Tyler Place policies.
CONTACT INFORMATION: We'd appreciate it if you'd contact us only if necessary. If you do need to get in touch with us, please use the following email address: tasney@tylerplace.com, phone #: (802) 868-7602, or fax #: (802) 868-5621. We'll get back to you as soon as we can. (All other advertised phone numbers and email addresses are for guest reservations.)
INTERVIEWS: If we are interested in pursuing your application, we will be in touch to set up a mutually convenient time to interview you over the phone or in person.
TIPPING: No employee is permitted to accept tips from guests. We encourage our staff to mix freely with guests during their time off, and much of the spirit of the place is dependent on the friendly atmosphere created by informal staff/guest relations. This would not be possible if the staff were allowed to accept tips.
USE OF FACILITIES: Staff are welcome to use the fitness center and participate in certain guest sports such as tennis, basketball, sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, and swimming in our heated pools (though there are some restrictions).

We consider applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, marital or veteran status, the presence of a non-job related medical condition or handicap, or any other legally protected status.
