A remarkable 80% of our guests return for another Tyler Place family vacation--and many for multiple summer vacations, as well as family reunions a generation later. Our guests come from every state and many countries. We entertain 70 families each week, so the place is intimate enough for life-long friendships to develop, yet large enough to foster eclectic interests and conversations.

Both the Tyler Family and returning guests make sure new guest families feel at home immediately. The Tyler Place is really a resort community--and everything is designed to make children and adults feel at ease and a part of the place as rapidly as possible.
Guests play a very significant role in shaping The Tyler Place. Each year we use guest input to make on-going improvements and additions, to select new recreational equipment, and to try out new events and activities. And of course, word-of-mouth from generation to generation is why The Tyler Place is full each summer.
