It has a master bedroom with a king bed and a/c; a very small bedroom with bunk beds and a/c (a crib can’t be added); a small kitchenette/living room area (full sized refrigerator) with sleeper/sofa loveseat; a full bath; and an enclosed porch with daybed.

(For 2 to 4 people) – located on Old Dock Road. It is a small, 2-bedroom cottage at about a 6-minute walk to the Inn. It has a master bedroom with a king bed and a/c; a small bedroom with two twins and a/c; a combination kitchenette (with a full sized refrigerator) and living room area with a loveseat; a full bath; and a large screened porch with a day bed.

ADA compliant – (For 3 to 6 people) – located on Old Dock Road. It is a 3-bedroom, 2-story cottage with a screened porch. It’s about a 4 to 5-minute walk to the Inn. The first floor has a living room with wood flooring, fireplace and sofa; a master bedroom with king bed and a/c; a very small bedroom with a twin bed and a/c; a kitchenette with dining area with a small refrigerator/freezer; and full bath (these rooms are wheelchair accessible). The second floor has a bedroom with two twin beds and a/c.

(For 4 to 5 people) – is a small, 3-bedroom cottage located on Old Dock Road at about a 6-minute walk to the Inn. It has a living room with a sofa; kitchenette (full sized refrigerator); a master bedroom with king bed and a/c; a bedroom with bunks, a/c and room for a crib or rollaway; a bedroom with one twin bed, a/c and room for a crib or rollaway; full bath and a large sunroom that serves as a screened porch with a day bed.

(For 4 to 5 people) – It is a small 3-bedroom cottage on Old Dock Road about a 5-minute walk to the Inn. It has a master bedroom with a king bed, fireplace and a/c; a very small bedroom with bunk beds, and another small bedroom with a single twin bed or crib and a/c; a kitchenette with breakfast bar and full sized refrigerator; a small sitting area with a sofa; a full bath; and a glassed in porch with separate entrance and sitting area (with a full-size couch and dining table and chairs). There is also an open deck.

(For 3 to 5 people) – located about a 2-minute walk to the Inn. It is a small 2-bedroom cottage. It has a living room with fireplace, wood flooring and loveseat, kitchenette on one side with a small refrigerator with freezer and door to the screened porch; master bedroom with king bed and a/c; a bedroom with bunk beds and a twin bed and a/c; and full bath. Parents of small children should note that the cottage is close to the road.

(For 5 to 8 people) – located on Old Dock Road about an 8-minute walk to the Inn. It has a living room and a/c; bedroom with a king bed, sitting area, a/c, and private bath; bedroom with queen bed and a/c; bedroom with two twin beds; bedroom with bunk beds; kitchenette and full sized refrigerator; 2nd full bath; and open deck. Ideal for a larger family or two small families to share.

(For 5 to 8 people) – located on Old Dock Road. It is a 3-bedroom, 2-story cottage with screened porch and 1 ½ baths. It’s about a 3-minute walk to the Inn. The first floor has a large living room with fireplace and full-sized sleeper sofa and a loveseat; a small master bedroom with queen bed and a/c; a kitchen/dining area with a full sized refrigerator; and full bath. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, each with two twin beds and a/c; and half bath.  It can be occupied by two families.

(For 6 to 8 people) – located about a 3-minute walk to the Inn. It is a 3 bedroom cottage with the main living space on the upper level and has a parents’ bedroom with a king bed and a/c; two children’s bedrooms with two twins and a/c in each (twins can be pushed together to make a king); living room with day bed; kitchenette; a full bath; and a half bath.  Even though this is on the upper level, there are only three stairs to enter the accommodation because it’s built into a hillside. In 2018 this accommodation is scheduled to be renovated to also have an additional bedroom with an additional bathroom and stand up shower on the lower level.

(For 4 to 6 people) – located on Old Dock Road. It is a single-story, 3-bedroom cottage. It has a living room with a sofa; kitchen with a full sized refrigerator; master bedroom with a king bed, an alcove with room enough for a crib, a/c and a private full bath; a bedroom with a twin and queen bed, and a/c; a small bedroom/2nd entrance with a twin bed (and room for a rollaway); a 2nd full bath centrally located; a large sunroom (with a day bed) that serves as a screened porch; and two open decks.

(For 5 to 8 people) – located on Old Dock Road. It is a 3-bedroom, 2-story cottage with screened porch and 2 baths. It is about a 4-minute walk to the Inn. The first floor has a large living room with fireplace and loveseat; a master bedroom with a king bed and a/c; a kitchenette with dining area and full sized refrigerator; and a full bath. The second floor has two bedrooms each with twin beds and a/c in one (a crib can be added to either bedroom); wide hallway between bedrooms and full bath. It can be occupied by two small families.

*Cedar Meadow cottage (6-minute walk to the Inn).

(For 3 to 5 people) – It is a small 2-bedroom bungalow-type cottage with a screened porch; living room w/fireplace and sofa; kitchenette with a full sized refrigerator; small master bedroom with queen bed and a/c; very small bedroom with bunk beds and a/c; and a full bath.  Same layout as Goldeneye and Redhead, and similar to other Cedar Meadow cottages except for the larger living room/kitchenette layout.  Because there is a steep gravel driveway and no lawn area, it is not as ideal for families with really young children.

PARTRIDGE I and II is a good setup for two families wishing to come together.

(For 3 to 5 people) – located about a 3-minute walk to the Inn. It has a living room with fireplace and a loveseat; a screened porch; master bedroom with king bed and a/c; a bedroom with twin beds and a/c; a very small walk through kitchenette with a very small fridge (no freezer); and full bath.

(For 3 to 5 people) – located about a 3-minute walk to the Inn. It is a 2-bedroom suite with one bath.
