Lakeshore Cottages & Shearwater
Two to four bedrooms with screened porch; living room with fireplace; parents’ a/c bedroom with queen or king bed; children’s bedroom(s) with twin or bunk beds; kitchenette; and 1 to 1 1/2 baths. (3-8 guests).
The Point Cottages are smaller and overlook the lake. (3-5 guests).
For 3 to 5 people – also known as a Point Cottage. 2-bedroom, bungalow-type cottage located on the lakeshore. About a 5-minute walk from the Inn. Has a small main bedroom with queen bed and a/c; small second bedroom with bunk beds and a/c; a living room with fireplace, wood flooring and sleeper sofa/ loveseat; a kitchenette with dining area and full sized refrigerator; a full bath; and a screened porch overlooking a beautiful view of the lake. Not suitable for children under 5 as there is a steep drop down to the lake and no lawn area. Similar to Mallard and Whistler.
For 3 to 5 people – also known as a Point Cottage. 2-bedroom, bungalow-type cottage located on the lakeshore. About a 5-minute walk to the Inn. Has a small main bedroom with queen bed and a/c; small second bedroom with bunk beds and a/c; living room with fireplace and sleeper/sofa loveseat; kitchenette with dining area including a full sized refrigerator; a full bath; and a screened porch overlooking the beautiful view of the lake. Not suitable for children under 5 due to steep drop down to the lake and no lawn area. Similar to Bluebill and Mallard.

For 4 to 5 people – also known as a Kingfisher Bay Cottage. 2-bedroom, 2-story cottage located on the lakeshore with a wide lawn. About a 4-minute walk to the Inn via the woodland shortcut. First floor has a large living room with fireplace and sleeper/sofa loveseat; and a kitchen with a full sized refrigerator and dining area; and a screened porch. Upstairs is a main bedroom facing the lake with a king bed and a/c; a small bedroom with two twin beds and a/c; and a full bath. Identical to Bayview.
For 4 to 5 people – also known as a Kingfisher Bay Cottage. 2-bedroom, 2-story cottage located on the lakeshore with a wide lawn. About a 4-minute walk to the Inn via the woodland shortcut. First floor has a large living room with fireplace and sleeper/sofa loveseat; a kitchen with a full sized refrigerator and dining area; and a screened porch. Upstairs is a main bedroom facing the lake with a king bed and a/c; a small bedroom with two twin beds and a/c; and a full bath. Identical to Kingfisher.
For 5 to 6 people – 3 bedroom, 1 ½ bath, 2-story cottage located on the lakeshore with a wide lawn. About a 4-minute walk to the Inn via the woodland shortcut. First floor has a living room with fireplace and sofa; main bedroom with king bed and a/c; kitchenette with small dining area and under the counter refrigerator; a full bath; and a screened porch. Second floor has two children’s bedrooms both with two twin beds and a/c; and a ½ bath.
For 5 to 7 people – large 4-bedroom, 1 ½ bath, 2-story cottage located on the lakeshore with a wide lawn. About a 4-minute walk to the Inn via the woodland shortcut. First floor has a living room with fireplace, sofa and wood flooring; a main bedroom facing the lake with king bed and a/c; a small room with bunk beds and a/c; a kitchenette with dining area and full sized refrigerator; a full bath; and a screened porch. Second floor has a bedroom with twin beds facing the lake and a/c; small single twin room with a/c (room to add a crib); and half bath. Can be occupied by two small families.
Shearwater Cottage For 6 to 10 people- large 4-bedroom, 3-bath cottage located on Old Dock Road. About a 6- minute walk to the Inn. Has a main bedroom with king bed and private bath; bedroom with queen bed and private bath; living room with sofa and fireplace; a full kitchen with full sized refrigerator and dining area; large room with 2 twin beds (and room for a roll-away or crib); sun room with daybed with a trundle bed (and room for a roll-away or crib); and a 3rd full bath in the hall. The living room, kitchen, and sunporch all have wood flooring. An open deck is off of the dining room and sunroom. Cottage has central air throughout and a washer and dryer located in the basement.
