Lakeshore Cottages & Shearwater

Two to four bedrooms with screened porch; living room with fireplace; parents’ a/c bedroom with queen or king bed; children’s bedroom(s) with twin or bunk beds; kitchenette; and 1 to 1 1/2 baths. (3-8 guests).

The Point Cottages are smaller and overlook the lake. (3-5 guests).

(For 3 to 5 people) – also known as a Point Cottage. It is a 2-bedroom, bungalow-type cottage with a screened porch overlooking the lake. Located on the lakeshore, it’s about a 5-minute walk to the Inn. It has a living room with fireplace, wood flooring and sofa; small master bedroom with queen bed and a/c; very small bedroom with bunk beds and a/c; kitchenette with dining area and full sized refrigerator; and full bath. Beautiful view of the lake but no lawn area. Not suitable for children under 5 as there is a steep drop down to the lake. Same layout as Mallard and Whistler.

(For 3 to 5 people) – also known as a Point Cottage. It is a 2-bedroom, bungalow-type cottage with a screen porch overlooking the lake. Located on the lakeshore, about a 5-minute walk to the Inn. It has a living room with fireplace and sleeper/sofa loveseat; small master bedroom with queen bed and a/c; very small bedroom with bunk beds and a/c; kitchenette with dining area (with a full sized refrigerator); and full bath. Beautiful view of the lake but no lawn area. Not suitable for children under 5 as there is a steep drop down to the lake. Same layout as Bluebill and Mallard.

It is a 2-bedroom, 2-story cottage with screened porch located on the lakeshore with a wide lawn.  It’s about a 4-minute walk to the Inn via the woodland shortcut. The first floor has a large living room with fireplace and sleeper/sofa loveseat; and kitchen with a full sized refrigerator with dining area. Upstairs is a master bedroom facing lake with king bed; and a/c; small bedroom with twin beds and a/c; and a full bath. Same layout as Kingfisher.

(For 5 to 6 people) – located on the lakeshore with a wide lawn, about a 4-minute walk to the Inn via the woodland shortcut. It is a 3 bedroom, 2-story cottage with a screened porch and 1 ½ baths. The first floor has a living room with fireplace and sofa; master bedroom with king bed and a/c; a kitchenette with small dining area and full sized refrigerator; and full bath. The second floor has two children’s bedrooms both with two twin beds and a/c as well as a ½ bathroom upstairs.

(For 5 to 8 people) – located on Kingfisher Bay. It is a large 4-bedroom, 2-story cottage with a screen porch (facing the lake), and 1-1/2 baths. It is on the lakeshore with a wide lawn, about a 4-minute walk to the Inn via the woodland shortcut. The first floor has a living room with wood flooring, fireplace and sofa; a master bedroom facing the lake with king bed and a/c; a small room with bunk beds and a/c; a kitchenette with dining area and full sized refrigerator; and a full bath. The second floor has a bedroom with twin beds facing the lake and a/c; small single room with a/c; and half bath. It can be occupied by two small families.

Shearwater Cottage  (For 6 to 10 people) – It is a large 3-4 bedroom and 3 bathroom cottage on Old Dock Road about a 6-minute walk to the Inn. It has a master bedroom with king bed and private bath; another bedroom with queen bed and private bath; living room with sofa and fireplace; a full kitchen with full sized refrigerator and dining area; large children’s room with 2 twin beds (and room for a roll-away or crib); sun room with a day bed and trundle bed (and room for a roll-away or crib); another full bath in the hall. There is also an open deck off the dining room and sun room. The cottage also has central air throughout.
